Hello everyone. It’s now Sunday morning and I am awakening in Memphis, Tennessee. Tonight may include Dallas, Texas but I am not sure. Houston though is in site and in just a few days this journey of 1700 miles will be over and a new chapter in my life will begin. Am I nervous? You bet.
The trip so far has gone well. Mrs. Katz (my cat) is holding up real well, travels nicely in her pen in the car and seems to be adjusting to all the room challenges that each overnight stay presents. I am eager though to get her settled. I am sure this traveling is stressful for a cat.
This is just a short post and there will be more. When I land in Houston the focus of this blog will be on what I see and experience so stay tuned there is more to come. I hope everyone is doing well.
