The U-Haul truck I rented to pick up my things at the ABF yard wasn't much fun at all. This is a company that everyone should stay away from. It's that simple.
Their internet confirmation system is bogus. It took and confirmed a reservation that did not exist, for a truck that did not exist. When I arrived at the place to pick up the truck I had to take this larger one. This ate gasoline like crazy, and on the way home lost its brakes and power steering. I was able to get the truck to my sister's home. The repair of the truck took more than five hours. If I were stuck on the highway, I would have gone nuts. (I went a little nuts). So, this company is just not a firm you want to deal with ever. Their customer service hotline was staffed by idiots. OK enough said, let's be positive here.
