The Beacons Have To Go

I’ve hit the ground running here in Houston and I haven’t had that much time to take care of the mundane such as changing my license plates from NY to Texas, reinstating my Texas EZ-Pass account and yes, buying furniture. I need to get moving on all of these things at once. Of course, it’s not as if I haven’t been busy. These things just don’t excite me and in my wonderful world of adult attention deficit, what doesn’t excite me doesn’t get done. I need to work on this. I’ll be moving in a just a few weeks to my new apartment and I don’t even have a bed. It’s been suggested to me that I sleep on the floor but for my friends that know me, that isn’t going to work.
